I got my contacts no problem (for cheap)

I got my contacts no problem after giving them my prescription from my doctor's office, the contacts don't seem cheap or flimsy or low-quality, not sure why other folks are complaining because this company is way more affordable and less obnoxious/all-around awful than 1800contacts

Fast, affordable no hassle contacts received just in days!

I had a great experience! I ordered $329 worth of Acuvue oasis contacts (over $450 at my eye doctor!) and they came within a week! They made it so simple! They even contacted my eye doctor to get my prescription right away, which helps a very busy business woman out a lot! They were really good with email contacts and how the process was going. I didn’t even have to go to the eye doctor and wait and all that stuff during Covid! Love the process and will purchase from them again!

USPS messed up delivery

Discount Contact lenses sent me a new order after USPS lost the delivery. Spent a week dealing with the post office, so I emailed the company. No hassle, nothing more than two emails. They sent out the new order the evening of. Just be nice to the service staff, and they'll be nice to you. And some issues might be with the post office, and not with them. I had a good experience.

no issues here..

i have been ordering lenses from here for last 2 years without any issues.. 30-40% cheaper than getting lenses through my eye doctor.. My wife also ordered from here and she doesn't notice any difference?? not sure why people say their lenses are not the right fit??

Never Again

After talking to different reps and explaining how desperate I was to receive the lenses Asap, - as they have been my primary corrective device for 40 years- no one informed me the fedex 2 day option and I've been waiting for 2 + weeks using "expedited" service. My vision with glasses is blurry due to astigmatism and my driving unsafe. Some one should have offered that option after I called repeatedly to find out why they had not arrived in 3 to 4 days. Outrageous. Never again. Poorly run company with inferior customer service.
